H. Wendell Gray, Jr.
Following medical school and internship, as a Berry
Plan recipient, he entered active duty at the Quonset Point Naval Air Station, RI, on June 30, 1967. After attending the orientation and basic training at Camp Pendleton, CA, his Repose, in Vietnam. From there, he was placed on Detached Service as a Battalion Surgeon to a marine combat unit. He separated from Naval service at Quonset Point, June 29, 1970, with a medical discharge due to a service-related injury. He states he is proud to have served.
Yu-Jin Lee
Entered into Naval Service on May 6, 1966, in Arlington, VA. However, he also lists a date of entry of June 1, 1974. Assigned to Charleston, NC Naval Hospital. There is also an entry of being in foreign service in Japan from June 1966 to July 1974, and later an entry of service in Japan from May 1978 to June 1992. Also noted was assignment as a medical Oklahoma City (CG-5). Interestingly, there is information about a close relationship with a Japanese naval relationship between the Japanese naval medical service and the U.S. Navy medical service. Assisted in disaster relief following a boiler explosion on the USS Midway, July 4, 1974. Received the Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), as well as a Course of Study in “Navy Executive Medicine.” Retired from active duty October 1, 1998, at the Naval Hospital Cherry Point, NC.
James T. McGlynn
Served for four years. Deployed in Operation Desert Storm with the 2nd Marine Division.

Kevin M. Bradley
I served in both the United States Navy Reserve and Army, but spent the majority of my time with the Army. I transferred my commission to Army. I achieved the rank of Colonel and separated from the Army in 2016. I served twice in Iraq and once in Afghanistan during my time with the Army.
Michael Hewitt
Active in the Army Reserve with over 12 years of service. Activated to active duty for 90+ days in the fall/winter (October 2016 through February 2017). Stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Lakewood, WA.
James M. Monihan
Called to active duty in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from the USAR, June 1, 1976. Assigned to the Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC and later to the Armed Forces Institute providing blood support to the 82nd Airborne Division
and XVIII Corps during the First Gulf War. Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal. Honorably discharged on June 1, 1994.
Robert A. Monteleone
Joined the USAR in Ohio on November 13, 1985. Subsequently served in the National Guard in Ohio, Delaware and Connecticut. Served three tours in Iraq (2004, 2006 and 2009, with three months per tour) in support of Operation
Iraqi Freedom (Kirkuk/Talil/Bhagdad/Balad). Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Army Commendation Medal (two awards), and Army Achievement Medal. Attended Command and General Staff College. Served as State Surgeon and Medical Detachment Commander, Delaware Army National Guard.
