2016: A Year of Successes
It is hard to believe that December is here already. The holidays and the new year are rapidly approaching and
with it the end of my year as President of the Medical Society of Delaware. As I write this last president’s page of this very busy year, I have been sitting here pondering the many events that have occurred these last 12 months. MSD advocates for you, the physician, and your patients each and every day. community leaders, and hospital leadership. Our legislative team of lobbyists and the Government Affairs Committee are to be commended for the tireless work they do throughout the year as we face more scrutiny

PDAC, the Prescription Drug Action Committee, was formed from a joint effort of MSD and other stakeholders to tackle the growing drug abuse problem during the term of one of our past presidents, Deep Kahlon.
