After offering these different services for
many years, that trend finally culminated
with the launch of two new brands.
Convert To Digital was created in 2022
for multimedia work, and 2023 saw the
launch of a new printing brand. Now, the
company’s printing business operates as
West Chester Printworks, though its logo
includes the phrase “by Disc Hounds.” Disc
Hounds still operates as its own entity on
the multimedia side of the business along
with its Convert To Digital brand, which
focuses on converting old media formats
to digital.
West Chester Printworks is a full-service
printer that can produce anything from
business cards, booklets and postcards to
signs and banners. “We also do full-service
mailings, including a lot of fundraising
mailings for nonprofits,” Guerriero said.
As for what sets West Chester Printworks
apart from other printers, it’s that “we’re
really a part of the local community,”
he said. “While we do work for large
companies, our focus is the local small to
medium-sized businesses, schools, sports
teams, churches and nonprofits. We’ve
been around for 26 years and people have
been coming to us for their business and
personal needs. We’re easy to work with
and extremely flexible. Also, I think people
appreciate that we’re local and try to do
most of our production work right here in
West Chester.”
West Chester Printworks is in the process
of rolling out a new website that will allow
customers access to a dedicated portal
where they can view their order history and
easily order the same things again.
“Our next step is to proactively market
ourselves as a printer,” Guerriero said. “We
spent many years as a multimedia company
that did printing. Now we’re a standalone
printer with access to multimedia
capabilities through our other brands.”
