Many of the region’s top firms dedicate time and resources to giving back to the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry.
Brumbaugh Wealth Management
Kim Brumbaugh, founder and CEO of Brumbaugh Wealth Management, has been a member of CCCBI for the past 10 years and active with serving on committees and attending events. She said the Chamber helped her firm become more visible, especially in sponsoring events. As a result, Brumbaugh Wealth Management has forged long-lasting relationships with hundreds of people – inside and outside of the chamber.
“As a small firm, we appreciate their focus on advocacy to help small businesses locally,” Brumbaugh said. “We could not afford to hire lobbyists to represent us on business issues; I didn’t realize how important this was until I got involved and was educated on the issues we all face and how they impact our businesses.”
Brumbaugh is also active in serving on committees, speaking at events on occasion, along with participating in other events. She also has served on CCCBI’s board of directors for the last seven years.
“Being a board member really opened my eyes to the benefits of having a regional chamber for Chester County,” she said. “I also attend many events throughout the year, small and large. Smaller events are beneficial because
