Janssen Biotech
The global pharmaceutical company takes a homegrown approach to its philanthropy. “Much of it is driven by our employ- ees,” said Chris Ewer, general manager of the Malvern campus
of Janssen Biotech. “An employee steps forward, and Johnson
& Johnson [Janssen’s parent company] will match whatever the employee raises or donates,” he said, citing the Boy Scouts, Animal Rescue, Society for Persons with Autism and child welfare organi- zations among the recipients.
