ew clients arriving at the offices of Pell Wealth Partners might easily think they’re in the wrong place.
Pell continues, “Money-related stress can lead to inertia and people o‹en end up doing nothing. We help people think though probabilities and possibilities. We then use that knowledge and insight, coupled with our years of wealth management experience, to help them invest
their money in the way that best suits their needs.”
“We believe that when it􏰀s done 􏰁ell, 􏰂nancial 􏰃lanning can 􏰄e a healing modality.”
— Geri Eisenman Pell, Founder of Pell Wealth Partners
A lifelong Westchester resident, Pell says there’s a lot to love about the County. “„ere are so many things – being in between two great bodies of water, the Hudson and the Long Island Sound, as well as our demographics and easy access to New York City. I raised my children here and built a business here. „e County has given a lot to me.”
“My office looks like a spa,” says founder Geri Eisenman Pell. “People come in and the stress in their shoulders drop. I didn’t want the space to feel like an office.”
Founded by Pell in 1986, the firm works with individuals and small businesses, offering both money management and financial planning services. “„e central question we want our clients to consider is: ‘Will you run out of money before you run out of life?’ We help people achieve peace of mind regarding that question.”
Pell says she finds many of her clients are stressed and avoidant around the topic of money, so she takes a novel client service approach. “„e idea of wellness plays into
it,” shares Pell, who is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. “I just started teaching mindfulness meditation to our clients and teams. I want to take the stress out of money management. We believe that when it’s done well, financial planning can be a healing modality.”
She has likewise found strong partnership with the Business Council of Westchester. “We have been involved with the Business Council of Westchester for several years, and everyone there is just fabulous. One of our advisors, Dan Ahearn, received a Rising Stars 40 Under 40 Award and I was named to the Hall of Fame: Women in Business of 2018, and have been involved with multiple networking groups, panels and speaking opportunities. „e BCW has been great in helping us
to network.”
2022 brought both accolades and
growth for the firm, including awards from such publications as Barron’s, Forbes and InvestmentNews, as
well as the acquisition of another financial services firm. “„is year, “ says Pell, “we will focus on continuing to grow. We’re always looking to add new advisors and qualified support people – especially women.”
Reflecting on the course of her career, Pell explains, “I came into this business to help people. I knew we could change people’s lives. I’ve been told I have the heart of a social worker and the mind of a capitalist. „at’s how I run my business.”
