Why come here? Because we care more than anyone else. We’re adjacent to New York City, which sets the world standard, and when it comes to dining, we’re truly becoming a food destination. There are local farm resources which makes produce from local farms much more accessible. My approach to food is simple: I’m self- taught; I travel once a year; I eat and I drink – that’s how I study food. Cooking is art, like painting or writing music.
