or theaters or festivals, there are surprising cultural opportunities around every corner.
The Putnam Arts Council is the pre-eminent voice for the arts in Putnam County, hosting exhibitions at its own gallery space at Belle Levine Art Center in Mahopac. The Council also offers visual and performing arts workshops, concerts, theater performances, studio tours and special events.
Other eclectic art galleries include the Garrison Art Center, the Front Street Gallery in Patterson and Magazzino Italian Art in Cold Spring.
