The Hon. Amato Berardi and his Co-Program Managers will lead the SMART International Group’s Italian Medical Relief Fund program.
- He will receive the donated funds and provide relief as needed in Italy.
US Tax Free donations can be made to the SMART Not for Profit company which staffs the SMART Congressional Initiative. SMART IRS Tax ID number will be provided as requested.
Checks, made out to SMART, annotate Italian Med Relief, can be mailed to:

Note: Checks are preferred, they save the Fund the 3% Credit Card processing fee.
