Wohlsen approached this project
knowing the phasing would require careful coordination due to the necessary life safety and electrical infrastructure upgrades.
The regional call center, and comcast headquarters made this mixed-use, phased and continuously occupied building a challenge. Wohlsen was able to recycle
130 tons of construction waste and select materials to achieve the owner’s goals
of sustainability.
