DCA has been led by a diverse and distinguished group of contractors who have served as its President since its inception in 1969. This award was established to honor the late Richard P. DiSabatino Sr., a highly respected leader of both the Association and Delaware’s construction industry for many years. The award was created to thank and recognize those members who provide significant amounts of their time and talent to improve the Association during a particular year.
