HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
For 100 years, Goodwill of Delaware has provided a hand up to thousands of local residents annually. Goodwill helps to build a stronger regional economy by preparing people who are experiencing barriers to self-sufficiency for the workforce needs of Delaware employers. Through Goodwill’s Staffing Service, every day more than
570 people go to work for organizations
throughout the First State – fulfilling our
mission and helping businesses accomplish
their goals. The same is true of our Industrial Services team who clean more than 2 million sq. ft. of space daily. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic Goodwill placed more than 100 people into jobs with Delaware employers.
