HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Recognizing a need for energetic, nonprofit
work, Community Collaboration of DE (CCD)
was formed to provide sensible solutions
that truly make a long-lasting difference. At
CCD, we work diligently with our community
partners to provide services to the people
who need them most. To date, CCD has
developed multiple community initiatives,
rooted in collaboartion, that have helped us
provide: Case Management to individulals in
recovery, a virtual summer camp, Christmas toys/ laptops for local youth, food to the homeless, free pre-K curriculum packets, and over 100+ backpacks to Delaware students.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
At CCD, we believe our supporters provide the momentum needed to create change in local communities.
