                LEGAL SERVICES
   Shawn Tucker

Barnes & Thornburg
Prior to entering private practice, Shawn Tucker served as New Castle County’s first assistant county
attorney and then general manager of its Department of Land Use while it updated its Unified Development Code. That experience gave him an inside knowledge of building in Delaware, and today he is one of the most sought- after land use attorneys in the state. Tucker has worked on some of the biggest projects in Delaware in recent years, including Stoltz Real Estate Partner’s Amazon warehouse and the redevelopment of Cavaliers
Country Club.
