Bob Brady has spent his entire career at Delaware’s second largest law firm, Young Conaway, since graduating
law school more than 30 years ago. Since then, he’s become a sought-after bankruptcy and restructuring attorney, representing major clients like the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Fisker Automotive, The Weinstein Company and Hertz. In leading the firm with more than 120 attorneys in two states, Brady has committed Young Conaway to diversifying its associates, hiring its first director of diversity, equity and inclusion and revamping its diversity committee.

Doneene Damon

Doneene Damon is a trailblazing attorney who became the first woman of color to lead a major Delaware law firm when she was named president of Richards, Layton & Finger, the state’s largest firm, in 2019. While her term ended in 2022, Damon continues
to chair RLF’s Corporate Trust and Agency Services Group as an expert
in statutory trusts, asset-backed securities, private equity funds, and more. She was also named the firm’s first Chief Diversity Director, where she is improving efforts to attract and retain a diverse attorney workforce.

Keith Donovan
Morris James LLP
Since 2018, Keith Donovan has
served as the managing partner of Morris James, one of the largest law firms in Delaware, where he oversees 70 attorneys and nearly 100 other employees in offices across the state.
In his own practice, he is a veteran personal injury lawyer with more
than 30 years of experience litigating personal injury cases, including mass torts and product liability claims. He has successfully resolved thousands of cases and won 45 in court. Donovan
is currently representing individuals injured due to the water contamination at Camp Lejeune.

Kate Harmon

Kate Harmon, a partner at the Wilmington firm of Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff LLP, was named the president of the Delaware State Bar Association in 2022. She
is only the 10th woman to hold the post of one of the most influential
bar associations in the country, and leads at a time when debate over bar passage rates and diversification of
bar membership has been renewed. Harmon has also been a leader in both the DSBA’s and Benesch’s diversity, equity and inclusion programs, while running a personal corporate litigation practice.
