The firm has more than 150 years of experience and has worked with projects like industrial parks to office buildings
to everything in between. As partner, Tripp Way’s responsibilities include tenant and landlord representation and investment property analysis and sales. Previously, Way worked as a commercial real estate appraiser and served as Senior Consultant to the Herman/Turner Group, as a consultant with Capital Valuation Group and was a partner at Emory Hill Real Estate Services.

New Castle County Chamber of Commerce’s Emerging Enterprise Center
In the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, Alysse Bortolotto works to foster entrepreneurship and workforce development at programs, events and partnerships through the Emerging Enterprise Center. She has also boosted the organization’s online programs and resources, including the “Delaware Start-Up Story.” Bortolotto also manages the New Castle County Chamber’s incubator, a 500-square- foot office space that has been used by at least 75 companies that have created 250 jobs and generated $82 million in revenue.

Delaware Technology Park
The Delaware Technology Park is a complex of five buildings just east
of the University of Delaware’s STAR Campus that has more than 50 tenants, including multinational corporations like QPS to manufacturers like
Sepax Technologies, and more. The organization also runs a laboratory extension and the new FinTech Innovation Hub, both on the STAR Campus. As its CEO, Mike Bowman has had a hand in more than 150 companies and creating 16,000 jobs as well as bringing in more than $600 million in investment and funding.

Kurt Foreman
Delaware Prosperity Partnership
In 2018, Kurt Foreman became the first president and CEO of the Delaware Prosperity Partnership, a public- private entity designed to restructure Delaware’s economic development efforts. Foreman’s resume includes various senior economic development roles in chambers and independent groups throughout the country, including the Midwest, Pennsylvania and the Washington, D.C., metro area. He has also worked with local and county settings, as well as regionally- focused programs. Since he arrived in the First State, the DPP has supported at least 56 projects that created or retained nearly 8,600 jobs as of 2022.
