Today Media is a family-owned media
company that specializes in regional
publications that range from lifestyle
magazines to business print products
as well as custom products. In addition
to its digital presence and highly
popular events and award programs
like “Best of Delaware,” Today Media
reaches thousands of people from
Delaware to Hudson Valley, N.Y.. Robert
Martinelli started in the second-
generation publishing business in 1982
with Delaware Today, growing to add
Main Line Today, Delaware Business
Times and the Delaware Valley Italian-
American Herald. In the last two years
Today Media relocated its Delaware
offi ces to downtown Wilmington
and has acquired a media company
in Bethesda, Maryland, growing the
company’s footprint to the Washington
D.C. suburbs.

Paul Pomeroy
Aloysius Butler & Clark
Paul Pomeroy has been with Aloysius
Butler & Clark since 1999, working
along the way to make the fi rm one
of the largest full-service agencies in
the mid-Atlantic region. In his time
with the company, Pomeroy served
as the director of marketing and new
business development, guiding the
fi rm’s growth from 23 employees to
100 in three offi ces today. Over the
past several years, annual growth at
AB&C has been increasing steadily,
which fueled leasing an offi ce in the
heart of Philadelphia. In 2022, AB&C
acquired Mangos, an agency based
in Conshohocken, Pa., adding to a
roster of clients served throughout the
country and internationally.

Jet Phynx
Jet Phynx Films
Parris Duncan, also known as Jet
Phynx, is a rapper, director and
cinematographer. In 2016, he decided
to lean into his keen eye for visuals and
ear for sounds to start his own fi lm
studio. In its fi rst year, Jet Phynx Films
released 150 high-quality music videos.
Beyond that, the company has worked
on 900 social media campaigns and
2,100 video productions with clients
like Zelle, ESPN, Delaware Art Museum,
Miss USA Delaware, HBCU Week,
Under Armor, Skechers and more.
Phynx also founded Dirty Popcorn, a
Black fi lm festival to showcase aspiring
fi lmmakers from Delaware, Maryland,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania or New York.

Chris Rausch
Cape Gazette
A Delaware native, Chris Rausch has
worked in Delaware media for more
than two decades, starting with a short
time at WBOC. In 2003, he started
working at the Cape Gazette and has
never left. At the end of 2021, Rausch
bought the Cape Gazette, which sells
more than 23,000 copies each week in
Sussex County’s beach communities.
Th e Cape Gazette’s online readership
has also hit an all-time high in 2021,
with 25 million page views and 4.5
million unique visitors to the website.
Th e newspaper now employs 20
full-time staff members along with
contractors.
