As CEO of High 5 Hospitality, which
operates eight Buff alo Wild Wings
restaurants and fi ve Jersey Mike’s
locations in Delaware and Maryland
along with other independent
businesses, Bobby Pancake is
responsible for setting the company’s
overall vision and strategy, which
focuses on people, performance
and profi tability. From there, he just
leads the leaders. Th e company was
founded in 2004 by Pancake and his
two partners as a way to introduce
the Buff alo Wild Wings franchise
to the First State. Pancake is also a
civic leader for the U.S. Air Force Air
Mobility Command.
