aff ordable housing in Delaware and
throughout the United States over a
decades-long career. Leon N. Weiner
& Associates (LNWA) has a diverse
portfolio of both aff ordable housing
and commercial projects, building,
developing and/or operating more
than 14,000 homes, rental properties
and apartments across 10 states for
people of all income levels, and more
than 650 hotel rooms. Th e fi rm has
developed a reputation for fi rsts in
aff ordable housing construction and
fi nancing, building Delaware’s fi rst
integrated community, the fi rst turnkey
public housing community, the fi rst
new construction Section 8 housing
and the fi rst Hope VI housing. Kelly’s
leadership in those eff orts led to his
induction into the National Housing
Hall of Fame.

Joseph Latina
LMT Commercial Realty
Joe Latina, a veteran real estate broker
well-known for his work in retail and
restaurants after being born into a
restaurateur family, spent the fi rst
33 years of his career with Patterson-
Woods Commercial Properties. In
2022, he began to reassess his future
and decided to form his own fi rm,
LMT Commercial Realty, with partners
Chris Moore and Jim Tancredi. Over
his career he’s been involved with more
than 300 restaurant and bar deals, and
has overseen total deals worth more
than $750 million. Latina also recently
served as president of CORFAC
International, an international
commercial real estate network.

Jeff rey Lang founded Lang
Development Group in 2001, and has
since grown the small fi rm to one of the
most prolifi c developers in the Newark
area. It focuses on mixed-use projects
that provide quality housing for college
students along with building a thriving
retail community in downtown Newark,
completing more than 40 projects with
more than 425 units and 500,000 square
feet of commercial space. Th is year,
Lang also fi nished the fi rm’s fi rst hotel,
the Hyatt Place on Main Street, and
began work on its fi rst sports facility,
Castle Sports. Outside development,
Lang supports children and families
in the Newark community through the
Lang Cares Foundation.

Jack Lingo Realtor
Founded in 1974 by retired Air Force
Colonel Jack Lingo, Jack Lingo Realtor
is a family-owned business that focuses
on realty in the Sussex County market,
ranging between beach homes in the
coastal communities to commercial
and residential space in other parts of
the county. Th e company fi rst started
with a single offi ce on Rehoboth
Avenue, and now has added two
more in Lewes and Millsboro. Bill
Lingo, the second generation at the
helm of the company, has more than
40 years in fi nance and real estate
markets and remains involved in
appraisals of residential subdivisions
and commercial properties. Jack Lingo
Realtor’s portfolio includes more than
1,000 units with residential areas
and commercial developments like
Tanger Outlet Centers and retirement
communities.
