Abby Mrozinski
Wilmington Trust
In 2021, Abby Mrozinski was selected
to serve as head of global capital
markets for Wilmington Trust, the
investment arm of M&T Bank, after 15
years of experience in the company.
She was a key leader in the 2011
merger of Wilmington Trust and M&T,
helping in long-term planning of the
brand. In her new role she oversees the
largest practice in Wilmington Trust's
Institutional Client Services division,
off ering trustee, custody, fi xed income,
investment management, loan agency,
default/bankruptcy, and other special
corporate services in more than 90
countries. Her leadership has already
drawn industry accolades.

Best Egg CEO Paul Ricci leads one of
Delaware’s fastest growing companies
that help provide consumers with
limited means with fl exible, low
interest loans. With about 1,000
employees less than a decade after
its launch, Best Egg’s online lending
platform has become a major job
creator for the state. Looking back,
Ricci, who has served as the company’s
chief fi nancial offi cer twice for
about six total years, is familiar with
the company’s growth plan and is
continuing to diversify its operations.

As the leader for Barclays’ U.S.
Consumer Bank and its Wilmington
headquarters, Denny Nealon has a
major task to grow the British banking
giant’s presence and credit and retail
capabilities in America. Nealon, a
veteran of the banking industry with
time at First USA Bank and JPMorgan
Chase, now oversees 1,000 employees
in Delaware. Under his leadership,
Barclays has made major commitments
to create hundreds of jobs in the
city, invest in STEM education in
underrepresented areas, and support
small business entrepreneurship.

As president of Bank of America
Delaware, Chip Rossi continues to
oversee more than 6,000 state workers
in its banking and investment teams
across numerous sites. Bank of
America became a major player in
Delaware following the acquisition of
the former MBNA Bank, where Rossi
once worked too. Outside of the bank,
Rossi is among the most visible chief
executives in the state, working with
nonprofi t, education and elected
leaders to advance eff orts to reach
underserved populations.
