MERIT AWARD WINNERS
RALPH G. DEGLI OBIZZI & SONS
In the mechanical $2-5 million category, Ralph
G. Degli Obizzi is awarded a Merit for the Dover
Air Force Base Maintenance Hangar project. This
project consisted of a variety of piping systems,
along with equipment that provided service to our
military men and women. Careful planning of HVAC
and plumbing systems was shared by all trades to
achieve a building that houses military equipment.
BANCROFT CONSTRUCTION
A Merit is awarded to Bancroft Construction in the
GC/CM $6-10 million category for the Sussex County
Public Safety Building addition. The project will house
the Sussex County EMS administration and training
facility including offices, simulation rooms, conference
rooms, a fitness room, locker rooms, bunk rooms, a
warehouse, a garage, and related staff support areas.
NICKLE ELECTRICAL COMPANIES
Nickle Electrical is awarded a Merit in the electrical
$5-10 million category for ACTS Country House, The
project was a renovation and addition to an existing
retirement facility, with construction of 64 new units
spread across three floors and two buildings, and
renovation of common areas, the dining room, and
the main entrance.
