In the GC/CM $20-30 million, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is honored with an Excellence for YMCA in
Middletown, a new two-story, 58,460 SF fitness center in Middletown, Delaware. The building includes a new eight-lane
indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, childcare, administration areas, locker rooms, a two-story open lobby space, an
exercise area, weight room, spinning room and studio space.
