category for the Ocugen
GMP Lab Expansion
project. M. Davis led the
mechanical contracting
for the project completing
all process piping,
plumbing and equipment
installations. A 3D BIM
model was used for precise
planning and challenges
were overcome in tight
spaces, ensuring a timely
and high-quality delivery.
WILLOW CONSTRUCTION
An Excellence in the GC/CM $2-4 million category is awarded to Willow Construction for the Tower Hill Clubhouse in
Lewes. The clubhouse blends luxury and community-focused design, developed by Carl M. Freeman Companies and built
by Willow. It features diverse amenities including a pool, spa, game rooms, gym and pickleball courts.
