EXCELLENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AWARD WINNERS
WAGMAN HEAVY CIVIL
Wagman Heavy Civil is awarded an Excellence in the GC/CM category $50 million and over for the Harris B.
McDowell, III, Claymont Transportation Center. The $70M design-build project was completed by Wagman in
partnership with DelDOT and JMT. It features two, ADA-compliant passenger platforms, ticketing plaza, waiting
areas, parking, charging stations, and an enclosed pedestrian bridge.
APEX MECHANICAL & FABRICATION
An Excellence is awarded to APEX Mechanical & Fabrication in the mechanical $7-11 million and over category.
The company installed over 50,000 linear feet of plumbing, irrigation, gas & water feature piping for the Longwood
Gardens Reimagined Renovation & Expansion. The APEX Advantage ensured this multi-faceted project finished
on time with precision & efficiency.
