of Seiberlich Trane Energy Services is the recipient of the 2023 Young Professional of the Year award. This honor is bestowed upon an individual based on their demonstration of strong leadership skills, exceptional
teamwork and unwavering integrity. The selected person must also have rendered outstanding service to ABC Delaware, their company and their community.
Jimmy has been an active member of ABC Delaware for several years and currently serves on the Legislative, Careers in Construction, ABCares First Responders and Young Professionals committees. He eagerly supports ABC at various events, including crab feasts, networking nights and planning conferences. Jimmy willingly participates
in promoting careers in construction by delivering
presentations to middle school students. He has also delved into the political arena by participating in regular visits to the Legislative Hall, engaging in discussions
with local politicians and joining our election task force. Additionally, he was part of the ABC NextGen program, which pairs young professionals with board members to aid in their personal and professional development.
Seiberlich Trane has actively sponsored events, donated materials and supplies, and provided employees for numerous activities throughout the year.
Jimmy’s leadership extends beyond ABC Delaware. He
has served as a volunteer wrestling coach for the Delaware Military Academy for the past five years and has contributed to the Kalmar Nickle, B+ Foundation and Exceptional Care for Children.
“Jimmy and Seiberlich Trane have been active members
in our association through committee involvement, event sponsorship and community service projects,” says Edward Capodanno, ABC Delaware President. “With his passion, determination and drive, Jimmy is well deserving of our Young Professional of Year award.”
