WOHLSEN CONSTRUCTION
A Merit is presented Wohlsen Construction in the GC/CM
$10-20 million category for the Appoquinimink Library. Woshlen provided preconstruction and construction management services for the new one-story New Castle County Appoquinimink Library that better serves the needs of the surrounding community. The new library provides not only traditional services, but also brings new technologies to area residents.

In the GC/CM category $2-5 million, Whiting-Turner is honored with a Merit for the University of Delaware Evans Hall project. This 15,000 square foot renovation consisted of demolition, relocation, and replacement of the existing electrical room, mechanical room, above ceiling utilities and air handling unit.
