BPGS CONSTRUCTION
BPGS Construction is awarded a Merit in the GC/CM $10-20 million category for The Cooper, which offers brand-new studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with open floor plans. The building features a rooftop deck overlooking Market Street in Wilmington and a stunning courtyard. The project will bring vibrancy to the lower end of Market Street.
GGA CONSTRUCTION
GGA Construction is presented with a Merit in the GC/CM $5-10 million category for the Lifehouse Church. The project is comprised of 40,000 SF of space including worship areas, a daycare, office space, networking areas, a pantry and kitchen. The 100-year-old reclaimed wood along with custom sound and lighting systems are featured
throughout the building.
LC CONSTRUCTION
A Merit is awarded to LC Construction in the GC/CM $20-30 million category for The Falls. Located at 100 and 200 Mill Road, the project is a modern luxury apartment complex on the Brandywine Riverwalk in Wilmington. It’s been the site of some of the earliest and most famous mills near Wilmington since 1787.
