WOHLSEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
The Excellence in the GC/CM $10-20 million category is presented to Wohlsen Construction Company for the Cecil County Public Library – North East Branch. Wohlsen provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new two-story community branch library and headquarters for the Cecil County Public Library. The new, modern library is a community learning and gathering center addressing individual and community learning needs.
