THE TRI-M GROUP
The Tri-M Group is awarded and Excellence in the electrical under $2 million for the University of Delaware Whitney Athletic Center. Tri-M’s scope of work for this state-of-the-art facility included the design, installation, programming and commissioning of the Schneider Electric EcoStruxure building automation system and the network infrastructure needed to support all the connectivity at the UD’s Whitney Center.
THE WHITING-TURNER CONTRACTING COMPANY
Whiting-Turner is awarded an Excellence in the GC/CM $5-10 million category for the Tower Hill School Dining Commons Renovations/Addition. The project was a 5,500 sq. ft. enclosed outdoor terrace including a structural glass roofing system, split level seating area, porcelain paver flooring, insulated sound attenuating wood wall panels, aluminum storefront and a planter bed all integrated with the 100-year-old masonry façade.
