     RALPH G. DEGLI OBIZZI & SONS
In the Mechanical $2-5 million category an Excellence is awarded to Ralph G. Degli Obizzi & Sons for Beebe Healthcare South Coastal Emergency Department & Cancer Center. Built on existing farmland in Sussex County, the Beebe South Coastal campus is a state-of- the-art emergency and cancer center. The HVAC systems consist of mechanical equipment installed on the roof. The plumbing includes medical gas, domestic water, sanitary and stormwater.
GGA CONSTRUCTION
In the GC/CM the GC/CM $5-10 million category, GGA Construction is honored with an Excellence for The Rehoboth Beach Country Club. The project consisted of a total interior renovation, three additions to expand dining areas, a new second floor terrace, pool and deck, and locker rooms. The upscale coastal design was accented by custom fixtures, extensive millwork, antique mirrors and brass accents. It was completed on time despite COVID-19 restrictions.
      THE TRI-M GROUP
The Tri-M Group is awarded an Excellence in the Electrical $10 million and over category for the Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center. Tri-M provided electrical infrastructure, building automation systems, data and telecommunications for the new Ammon Pinizzotto Center. This design assist project allowed
Tri-M to help develop, design and layout the most efficient methods of installation for this state-of-the-art research facility.
 CORRADO CONSTRUCTION
Corrado Construction is honored with an Excellence for the University of Delaware South Green project in the Site/Civil $5-10 million category. The University’s South Green was a fast-paced, challenging project through the heart of its campus. From interaction with students to sensitive natural areas and historic buildings, Corrado met each challenge with exhaustive planning and careful execution.
