   GGA CONSTRUCTION
GGA Construction is presented an Excellence in
the GC/CM $20-30 million for Hyatt Place Riverfront Events. GGA completed the Hyatt place in September 2019. The 6-story, 96,000 sq. ft. hotel features 114 guess rooms, and a 12,000 sq. ft. banquet center with 4,000sq. ft. of event space. It’s the first Hyatt-branded hotel to open in Wilmington.

In the Mechanical $5-10 million category, Ralph G. Degli
Obizzi is awarded an Excellence for the Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center. RGD & Sons performed
the mechanical piping at the new University of Delaware building. The miles of pipe installed included steam, heating water and chilled water systems. Cooling towers were lifted 115 feet in
the are and placed on the roof.
