Breslin Contracting Incorporated is a family-owned Industrial/commercial general contracting company which has been
in operation since 1968.
Founded by Pat and Pete Breslin, and
now under the leadership of Tracy Filliben and Mike Parodi, Breslin Contracting is
a business comprised of experienced employees who exhibit a dedication and commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship.
We are able to self perform most of our work with a dedicated crew of Carpenters, Masons, Concrete finishers and Equipment Operators. It is because of these commitments that Breslin Contracting has grown into the reputable and successful company it is today.
Breslin also installs helical piles. We have just started installing helical piles for the new Wilmington Wetlands Park (pictures). Another company will build the boardwalk using these piles as the foundation.

Messick is always willing to give his time to ABC community service projects throughout the year including coordinating the ringing of the bell
for Salvation Army, helping with a renovation project at the Georgetown Boys and Girls Club and donating to
a school drive with Cape Henlopen School District.
Tri-Supply and Equipment has been a longtime supporter of the association and have been a platinum sponsor for the past five years. They have supported ABC Delaware with manpower for our events and attendees for all our programs and dinners. They have
been an exhibitor for the Governor’s Construction Career Expo since
its inception.

OF THE YEAR
Neal Messick of Tri-Supply and Equipment is the winner
of the 2019 Associate/ Supplier of
the Year. This award is given to the individual that has made
Chess Hedrick of Iron Source was named the winner
of the 2019 Adams Cup. This award is given to the ABC Member who recruits the highest amount of
a significant contribution to the association through
committee involvement and sponsorship of ABC events.
Messick has committed countless hours of his time to ABC. He has been an integral part of our expansion into Kent/Sussex counties over the past four years. He is a member of our Kent/ Sussex Advisory committee and chair of the Kent/Sussex Events committee. He attends all ABC events throughout the state and has been an avid supporter of our association and
the construction industry.

It is named after Past ABC Delaware Chair and ABC National Chair, Ken Adams of PACE Services. Hedrick is a two-time Adams Cup recipient. This year he recruited five new members to the association.
During the last two years, he has recruited 11 members to the organization. Hedrick is a member of the Kent/Sussex Advisory Council and chair of the Kent/Sussex Membership committee.
