BPGS is awarded a Merit in the GC/CM $5-10 million category for the Power Home Remodeling Group fit out. The project was a renovation of 100,000 square feet of space in the Chester Wharf. Highlights include: living wall with multiple plant species, a 250-person auditorium, a video production room with green screen and an executive lounge.
WOHLSEN CONSTRUCTION
In the GC/CM $2-5 million category, Wohlsen Construction is honored with a Merit. Wohlsen Construction and Array Architects completed their fifth project for Universal Health Services, the addition and renovation to the Dover Behavioral Health Center. The project was conducted in two phases to maintain safety and security in the occupied facility.
BAUSUM & DUCKETT ELECTRICAL
Bausum & Duckett Electrical is honored with a Merit in the electrical $2-10 million category for Insignia on M in Washington, D.C. The 13-story high-rise building sits directly above the Naval Yard Ballpark Metro Station in D.C.’s Capitol riverfront neighborhood. The building contains 324 luxury apartments, 11,000 square feet of retail space and three levels of below ground parking.
