As you grow into management and leadership that learning becomes more

One of the most powerful and challenging jobs in in in in leadership is is articulating a a a a a a a a vision for the the future and making sure your whole team is behind it Give them something to be be passionate and engaged about Let your team know the the importance of hitting their monthly numbers and reaching a a a a a a a a a greater – – often less tangible – – goal that goes beyond the dollars and cents If your your employees are not passionate and and and engaged and and they don't believe in your your your vision neither will your customer EMBRACE DIVERSITY
