GEORGIO HOME
RYE An ultra-modern Tudor, this house was built from ashlar-cut Norwegian buff stone. It has cedar shingles, a black slate roof, and lead-coated copper gutters and dormers. The house features oversized, contemporary black windows. The flooring is rift white oak with a matte finish. Each room has a unique ceiling treatment and very minimal trim and molding. Trim is painted gray; hardware is matte brass. The kitchen is rift white oak and steel. The living room, family room, master suite, and rear patio have gas fireplaces — each with a unique design. Custom-made furniture fills the space.
