KATONAH Looking to downsize, a couple decided to sell their Chappaqua Colonial and find a home with a more contemporary style. This home was dated when they purchased it, however, the bones were good and it sits on a beautiful property. Designers transformed the house inside by creating open and interconnected family spaces. On the ex- terior, they replaced painted cedar clapboard siding with stucco and natural cedar, which set off black casement windows and glass doors.
