THE POLAR EXPRESS 4D EXPERIENCE AND SHARK-DIVING SANTA
The Polar Express 4D Experience and Shark-Diving Santa Norwalk Aquarium, Norwalk
The Polar Express 4D Short: Nov 26–Jan 2 (runs hourly)
Nov 26–28, then Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays through Jan 2, 11a.m.&1p.m.
The Maritime Aquarium is back with one of its most unique holiday traditions. Catch a 13-minute version of the beloved children’s movie The Polar Express with special effects in the IMAX theater. Follow that up with a visit from Santa — but don’t expect to sit on his lap. Trading in his reindeer for scuba gear, Santa dives into the shark tank to prove they aren’t the man-eaters that popular fiction purports and to give visitors a one-of-a-kind Christmas card. Tickets are $7 ($6 if you’re a member) and can be purchased with aquarium admission. maritimeaquarium.org
