 34 | GIVING GUIDE 2021
Our mission guides all that we do in providing quality care and helping our residents live their lives to the fullest.
HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Residents enjoy life to the fullest on
our campus at United Hebrew of New
Rochelle. We offer a comprehensive array of
supportive care services that allow seniors to
age in place successfully. This includes long-
term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation
staffed by Burke Rehabilitation therapists,
independent senior housing, assisted living,
memory care for those with Alzheimer’s and related dementias, and home care. We meet our residents’ evolving healthcare and social needs in a positive, uplifting environment. All this happens on our vibrant, non-sectarian campus.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Through our UGC Foundation, community support enables us to provide an array of activities, therapies, and programs to help our residents live their
lives to the fullest. Your tax-deductible gift supports many programs such as music, art, and dance movement therapies, educational speakers, creative arts, pastoral care, pet therapy, entertainment, spa days, and so much more.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteers play an important role in the lives of our residents. We offer volunteer opportunities to meet a wide variety of interests — from young adults fulfilling community service hours, to college students with healthcare career aspirations, retirees with professional skills to share, or community members with a willingness to help. Join us!
