Nassau Street Seafood and Produce Company is a market specializing in fresh seafood and locally grown produce. It also has a tasty take-out menu. The market is part of the JM Restaurant Group, which also operates the Blue Point Grille, a dinner-only largely seafood restaurant; the Witherspoon Grill, a steakhouse; and the Princeton Farmers’ Market, open May through November.
The farm-to-table trend is on proud display at Agricola (which is Latin for “farmer”). The restaurant’s ingredients are supplied by a farm just four miles from downtown Princeton.

Stone Terrace by John Henry: When John Henry’s opened in Trenton’s Chambersburg neighborhood more than 20 years ago, it quickly won the loyalty of many diners with its reliable seafood and warm atmosphere. It was one of the last holdouts as, one by one, the restaurants
moved to the suburbs. Now located in Hamilton, John Henry’s is reincarnated in bigger, brighter quarters while still reflecting the quality of the original, with Chef Joe Russo still presiding over the kitchen.
Brick Farm Tavern, in Hopewell, creates farm-to-table dining whether you’re coming for cocktails or dinner.
