   Connecting Georgia
to Its Working Forests
Our job doesn’t stop at the Gold Dome.
We envision a future where all Georgians understand the benefits provided by working forests to our economy and environment.
The Georgia Forestry Foundation (GFF) is focused on connecting people to the land through education and unique experiences. We are partnered with the state’s leading conservation and environmental education nonprofits, such as Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB), Trees Atlanta and the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Each of these partnerships is focused on helping to bring students into the woods and the trees into the classroom.

Right: GFF and its partners hosted several events in conjunction with the Ponce City Farmers Market in Atlanta to connect Georgians to working forests and the benefits they provide.
