GLOBAL DAY FOR DOING GOOD
In 2018, Regeneron held its second annual Day for Doing Good, when employees across the company participated in volunteer service projects ranging from classroom STEM projects to
career coaching to local park beautification. In the first year alone, 3,300+ colleagues participated in 220+ community- service projects. This global day of service represents one way employees give back to their communities, with other year-round opportunities like employee Volunteer Time Off and National Volunteer Week.
PRO-BONO SERVICE
Regeneron partners with Taproot Foundation to offer a skills- based service program that leverages employee talents to address urgent nonprofit needs and provide capacity building solutions.
REGENERON MATCHING-GIFT PROGRAM
Regeneron offers each employee a 1:1 match-up to $5,000 annually for financial contributions to eligible nonprofits and education institutions.
