OUR MISSION
To provide a compassionate pathway to healing for grieving children and their families and to empower the community to support them in their grieving process

(2020 re-incorporated) Number of full-time employees: 1 Number of part-time employees: 16 Annual revenue: $502,000

We stand behind the belief that no child
should ever grieve alone. Our target
population includes children of all racial,
ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds,
ages 5-18 who are at risk for complicated
grief reactions due a limited capacity of family
and community support. Our core programs
are Healing Pathways (support groups) and
Guiding Pathways (individual counseling).
Groups are run at our Center, in schools and
at community sites. We offer a 6 week curriculum based group and themed (art, yoga, etc) groups. We help children with coping skills and healing along their grief journey.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Supporting Kidds Hearts that Heal 2024 campaign through individual and recurring gifts on our website. We accept pledges, checks and corporate matches. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteer training occurs twice a year (4 weeks of training followed by 6 weeks of hands on group work with our children). Individuals with art, yoga and music specilaties can also volunteer for one night groups.
                                                                                                    Louise Cummings
