OUR MISSION
Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
Since 1986, Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County (HFHNCC) has been making homes more affordable for low-income families throughout New Castle County. Our impact spans beyond traditional affordable housing programs. We have programs to fit the vast housing needs of those we serve--affordable homeownership opportunities, critical home repairs Aging

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteers are the heart of Habitat, and we welcome individuals and groups from all backgrounds and abilities to partner with us. Our volunteer opportunities include assisting on a home construction site, helping at one of our ReStores, participating in a neighborhood revitalization project, and serving on committees such as event planning and fun
