Planning Work Program (UPWP). The MC is expected to hold three committee meetings and one public workshop. There are numerous large projects recommended by the plan and several capital projects scheduled for construction in the next few years. The area will benefit from the increased coordination with WILMAPCO and agency partners: DelDOT, Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC)/DART, and New Castle County Land Use. North Claymont Area Master Plan (NCAMP) and Governor Printz Boulevard Corridor Study MC
The MCs for the 2017 NCAMP and 2021 Governor Printz plans will meet jointly because of their overlapping study areas and planning partners. A kick-off MC meeting was held on August 29 to review transportation and land use changes since the two plans
were completed. NCAMP planning will focus on the area’s planned redevelopment, as proposals and transportation projects under New Castle County review might necessitate land use changes. Monitoring of the more recent Governor Printz study will focus on expanded planning for a pedestrian and bicycle connection to Fox Point State Park and connections from Governor Printz to Philadelphia Pike.
