Over the past six years, funding by the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) has created and retained more 19,850 jobs in Westchester. The IDA can offer a host of benefits to businesses, including taxable bonds for construction financing, tax exemptions on construction materials and equipment and mortgage recording tax exemptions.
