Tagliata
The latest hot spot in Baltimore’s Atlas Restaurant Group, Tagliata is an Italian chophouse with impeccable service and
a mouthwatering menu of neo-Italian dishes. The swanky establishment has the feel of an elegant supper club, complete with a piano bar and velvet, wood and wicker décor. The new restaurant also has a dreamy outdoor patio and purportedly the largest wine program in the state, with more than 1,000 labels. After eating, step next door for a craft cocktail at the attached speakeasy The Elk Room.

Cosima
After winding down
the cobblestone drive
to Cosima’s entrance,
you may think you’re
in Southern Italy,
especially with the
aromas of savory pasta
dishes wafting through the
air. Located in the boiler room of an old sailcloth factory next to a picturesque stretch of the Jones Falls waterway, Cosima’s industrial indoor dining area and outdoor terrace are beautiful backdrops to the wonderful food inspired by owner Donna Crivello’s Sicilian grandmother.
