IF YOU BUY A WEDGE OF BRIE OR BOOK A tasting at Simard & Co, who knows—you may just see some familiar faces. One night in February, their cheese and hospitality lured in seven former Saturday Night Live comediennes. We hear Rachel Dratch, Tina Fey, Ana Gasteyer, Paula Pell, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, and Emily Spivey had plenty of wine, charcuterie, and laughs that evening. “It’s difficult to comprehend or explain the warmth, laughter, and absolute kindness that filled our bistro. It’s not just that these incredible women chose our place for their night out, it’s that each and every one of them was (well, are) absolutely stunning in every way,” says owners Joe Garreffa and Scott Young. —Francesca Furey
