From April 8–21, chefs throughout the Valley will be celebrating the season’s bounty with delicious, creative dishes. These restaurants are ready to serve you their very best with special three- course, prix-fixe menus for lush lunches and outstanding dinners that can be enjoyed indoors or as take out.
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is the perfect time to show your support for the
