SERVES 1 COCKTAIL
Ingredients
2 oz. Isolation Proof gin 3⁄4 oz. lime juice
1⁄2 oz. simple syrup
1⁄2 Tbsp apricot preserves 2 dash orange bitters Orange slices for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with half an orange slice.

SERVES 1 COCKTAIL
Ingredients
11⁄2 oz. Listening Rock Gin
1⁄2 oz. Luxardo Liqueur
3⁄4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1⁄2 oz. simple syrup
1⁄2 oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice Luxardo cherry for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Pour in a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Ingredients
2 oz. Fellows gin
1⁄2 oz. dry vermouth 1⁄2 oz. sweet vermouth 1 oz. orange juice
Preparation
Combine ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
