We ate our way through fall ‘s spectacular kaleidoscope... Brook Trout with buttermilk and chive @thedebruce... Charred octopus with smoked potato, tomato, and caper gremolata @cellaiosteak... Gnocchi Parisienne made from a pate a choux @kenozahall... Slow-cooked lamb with cumin yoghurt and crispy chickpeas @the_yarra. The farmers market veggies are so fresh they practically talk back.
